Terms & Conditions for the Sale of Online Membership – Lashology England Ltd

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and use of the Lashology England Ltd online membership ("Membership") provided by Lashology England Ltd ("we," "our," "us") to the customer ("you"). By purchasing and subscribing to our Membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Access and Delivery
1.1 Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the Membership portal.
1.2 Your login details will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.
1.3 If you do not receive your login details within 24 hours, please contact us at hello@lashologyengland.co.uk.

2. Membership Fees and Recurring Payments
2.1 The Membership fee is due on a monthly recurring basis or an annual basis, depending on the option selected at checkout.
2.2 By purchasing a Membership, you authorize Lashology England Ltd to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
2.3 Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Membership portal.

3. No Refund Policy
3.1 Due to the nature of digital access, all Membership sales are final, and no refunds will be given.
3.2 By subscribing, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund once access to the Membership portal has been granted.
3.3 In exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges, you may contact us at hello@lashologyengland.co.uk for resolution.




4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel your Membership, you must provide written notice to hello@lashologyengland.co.uk at least 3 working days before your next renewal date.
4.2 Cancellations received after this time may result in the next payment being processed, and no refunds will be issued.
4.3 Upon cancellation, your access to the Membership portal will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. License and Usage Restrictions
5.1 Membership access is for personal use only. You may not share, resell, or distribute any content from the Membership portal.
5.2 Unauthorized sharing of login credentials may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 All content provided within the Membership remains the intellectual property of Lashology England Ltd.
6.2 Membership purchase does not grant ownership rights; it provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal educational purposes only.



7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We make no guarantees regarding the results from using our Membership content.
7.2 We are not responsible for any technical issues preventing access due to personal device, software, or internet connectivity issues.
7.3 In no event shall Lashology England Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Membership services.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
8.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
